Atlassian Confluence

You can integrate the Seatsurfing booking interface for your employees into Atlassian Confluence. This is especially useful if your organization already uses Confluence for collaboration: since organizing shared spaces for in-person collaboration is an essential part of teamwork, Seatsurfing is also available as a Confluence app.

Get the app from the Atlassian Marketplace.

As a Seatsurfing administrator, enable the integration first: in the Seatsurfing Administration UI, open “Cloud Features” and enable the “Atlassian Confluence” integration for your organization.

Once the app is installed in your Confluence instance, add the Seatsurfing macro to a Confluence page. When users view the page, they are automatically logged into Seatsurfing using their Confluence email address. As a Seatsurfing administrator, make sure that a Seatsurfing account exists for each of these email addresses. No further setup is required on the Confluence side.
